5 Ways to Get Back to Yoga Easily

Maybe for the time being, for some reason your yoga practice is delayed, maybe 1 week, 1 month or more. I know how you feel when you go through a yoga room, or accidentally see a workout video on Facebook, then remember to remember my days doing the same exercises as they do.
You want to get back to yoga right away, but there are countless reasons for you to delay it. "I have not been practicing hard for a long time now." "I'm so busy I do not have time to practice anymore," I know the reason you delayed with Yoga again. Do not worry, the following six ways will help you return to yoga as part of your life:

Start slowly

When you start training again after a break, I recommend that you consider yourself a beginner yoga practitioner. Do not be confident that these movements have matured before, now do that simple. Start slowly and focus on the breath, focus on the body, feel. Trying to do difficult moves immediately will hurt you and you will be resting again!

Set goals. Implementing it

Remember the first day you went to practice yoga, what is your goal? I repeat once again, consider yourself a newcomer. Set a goal for your yoga practice, do it, achieve it and set a new goal.

Make time for Yoga

Now that you are too busy, you do not have time to practice? That is just the reason for you to delay. Make time for Yoga, it is very simple, you set the alarm early 15 minutes each morning, so you can practice yoga in the morning. After a week or two of getting used to it, put the alarm clock for another 15 minutes, so you have 30 minutes each morning for yoga. And there are many more ways to spend your time practicing, do not delay just because of your time!

Please select the appropriate time period

Maybe the morning is not the best time for your yoga practice. Some of us are not people who can wake up early for many reasons. So instead of trying to get up early to practice, try yoga in other hours of the day like lunch or a little before bed.

Keep track of your workout

Nothing motivates you well by seeing your own change. Make a note of the goals and how it was done, how long it took and how your body has changed. Keep this record, when you are discouraged, take out and see what Yoga has done for you.
