How can yoga begin every day?

The key to successful yoga practice is self discipline. A short, gentle daily yoga exercise can be a great benefit to a long yoga session but can only be practiced one or two times a week.
After a regular yoga session for a month, you will notice that you have become stronger, calm, flexible and focused more. And you will definitely like it!
This is how you can build up your yoga habits.

Decide on habits

Start by deciding what yoga habits you will maintain. If you have practiced yoga for some time, you can do whatever your body feels comfortable and fit with you.

Find the place and time


Here's how to find a place to practice your new habit that can help you maintain  it.
If you can not do yoga but still watch TV every day, move chairs out of the TV area and place your yoga mat instead. The next time you turn on the TV, you will need to sit on the carpet that will probably make you want to start the exercise immediately.
So if you keep your rug laid out and put some exercise suits next to you, your regular yoga practice opportunities will be significantly increased.
Selecting time is another important thing to do. Try to do yoga at the same time every day. Or create yoga habits right after you wake up or just before bed.

Creating a habit

The sense of calm and flexibility that yoga gives you will soon bring you back to your routine. Yoga can make you  addicted . But the hardest thing is that you can start and feel the magic of it. But once you have felt that, it will be very difficult to stop practicing.
Simple tricks like printing out a calendar and marking each day of yoga can help.
Another thing that can help is to think about celebrities or people you admire, who practice yoga every day. The great results of their will not let you give up.
And do not be too disappointed with yourself if you missed a day of no practice. If you just skip a single day, that does not mean you have failed in your daily yoga routine.
